For what it's worth, I'm 30ish chapters into the manga and I don't remember seeing the vice principal after this. There's probably other things that will make you cringe but she's not a huge role going forward as far as I recall.

Got to say, it was hilarious! It doesn’t take it self serious so to me it does not feel the same cringiness (if this is even a word) as the first tiny senpai episode. It does have a lot of those special fan friendly animation that in the case of this silly not serious funny light hearted anime fits all right. Yea the vice principal is nuts, but I see her as pure comic distraction or red direction thing to keep the audience in the silly side of things.

My Tiny Senpai was cringe because it wasn't even aware of how cringe it was, this completely embraces the cringe and does it on purpose. It tried to tell you that with the constant meta jokes in the first episode, this series is fully aware of what it's doing and how completely insane, over the top and stupid it is
