Well there's really only 2 series on this list that are widely what are considered "must see" and legitimately iconic which have an actual impact on watching as well as being completely unique and creative and those are Neon Genesis Evangelion and Cowboy Bebop and honestly you should watch both next. The rest of the list is primarily compromised of decent and/or enjoyable titles, but realistically they are much more "secondary" or even nearly "filler" series that you literally and genuinely won't be missing anything at all by not watching them because of how generic and/or similar they are and there's other series that do them better. Berserk is hard for me to recommend because although it is an outstanding series, it was done with a terrible budget and it suffers due to that making a lot of the series closer to an audio drama with little to literally no animation (despite the fact that lots of people couldn't see past the 3d cgi of the more recent movie trilogy and 2 subsequent seasons, I think they're more enjoyable to watch than the 97 series) and it's 2. Cautious Hero is one of the standouts from the others as it happens to be a very well done and genuinely hilarious complete satire on the Isekai genre (Bofuri is similar in that regard). If it was 3 or 4 years ago I would've easily and immediately recommended Seven Deadly Sins as that started off with 2 amazing and surprisingly great action seasons, but the studio A-1 waited awhile between the first 2 seasons and waited again after the 2nd season before decided to do a non-canon, side story theatrical movie which they barely marketed whatsoever and released only days after putting out trailers resulting in poor ticket sales causing them to then immediately drop the series and pass it off to Studio Deen which happens to be one of the most notoriously terrible anime studios in the industry and everything that was great about the series at the start was lost because of the 3rd rate animation production quality (similar to One Punch Man s2 being produced by JC Staff who then outsourced to another smaller studio because the executives didn't want to wait for the original studio Madhouse and the original director Shingo Natsume who was almost solely responsible for the iconic top tier animation of s1 after waiting 5 years themselves just to greenlight s2). Overall I really hope you consider this and chose either or both Cowboy Bebop and Neon Genesis Evangelion as a primary series and then you can watch some of the others on the side.
