Idk how you'd rank countries by cosplaying, but Japan Expo Paris is the japanese culture-related event with the most attendance outside Japan itself. It's not solely about Japan and cosplay though, and Gamescon in Germany is a bigger event overall. But France is definitely a big market for Japanese culture. It used to represent 50% of all manga purchases in Europe, and the 2nd most manga sales worldwide behind Japan. I'm pretty sure it's been passed by the USA a few years ago, but is still the 2nd consumer per capita. The main characters' accents are kinda hard to figure out. Ironically, Shirogane's was by far the best of the 3 😅 The exchange student's is much better, but it's not very surprising since she was cast specifically for it. Shirogane: "Comment allez-vous, Mademoiselle ? Je m'appelle Miyuki Shirogane" = "How are you, Miss? I'm Miyuki Shirogane" Exchange Student: "Bonjour ! Merci beaucoup pour votre invitation d'aujourd'hui" = "Hello! Thank you very much for inviting us today" Kaguya: "C'est nous qui vous remercions de venir d'aussi loin. Nous ferons tout notre possible pour que vous gardiez un souvenir impérissable de votre séjour parmi nous" = "It is us who thank you for coming from so far away. We will do our utmost to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience" ES: "Je vous remercie" = "I'm grateful to you" Chika: "La plupart des contenus japonais sont focalisés sur le marché domestique.
