Since you are in lockdown best advice is daily core exercises. Every day always do them even if it's small amounts. If you wanna do a large amount each day try spreading it out throughout the day. Like every hour do 10 sit ups and 15 crunches for at least 4-6 a times a day. And as you get used to it, up how many you do each hour for better results
