This is William, owner of the local Long Trunk Grass bar.

His tavern is renowned for both its good quality food & drink as well as the attractiveness of the servers. 
William himself tends to the bar, making sure to take care of anyone and willing to lend an ear to their sorrows after buying a drink. But he can also take care of any troublemakers, quickly subduing them and taking them into the back, though it takes a while for any authority to come and take them.
