Full metal alchemist brotherhood is one I would recommend, only about 60 eps in total as well so not too long

If Berserk is the option, might be worth watching the golden age arc movie trilogy. Far better animation than the recent shows(whose animation has been hot garbage) and has pretty solid pacing and a bit more cohesive than the original(even though I love the original 1997 series)

Out of all the anime on this list I've only seen cyberpunk, fire force and soul eater. I do want you guys to watch cyberpunk but I have to recommend Fire force because it's a good anime and very underrated. I would also recommend fullmetal alchemist to be considered at some point.

Black Clover. It's a mixture of My Hero, Naruto, One Piece and Fairy Tail. Everyone has magic , like the quirks. You get your Wizarding World fix!!
