please just end these reactions ....or do them with just sam and raven ......coming off of 2 of the best episodes that joe even said he enjoyed we have him here 45 seconds into this fast asleep ......and non stop fighting sleep throughout very important plot points ....then when he wakes up to do the review it’s “ok” or “decent” ...... literally grabs a pillow and lays down for the 2nd episode ........the whole reaction you’re just looking at the right of the screen to see if he’s fully awake or not ......terrible ....... imagine you showing someone the vader hallway scene from rogue one or order 66 and they pull a pillow out and go to sleep then wake up like “yeah man star wars just isn’t for me it’s pretty bad” what sense does that make

Bro! Joe...now Jae.....now back to Joe literally (almost) slept through one of the most defining plot developments of Sasuke in this series. I'm glad he woke up when he did. Stick with it guys, it gets real after this.

Joe man if you're too tired to stay awake, don't do the reaction video man. Just have your rest and do the video at another date instead of just sleeping practically through the whole thing.

I disagree doseofdolphins, i get chu and i know the guys already know by now that Naruto is a slow pace show but no matter what, it will never feel right to skip through episodes that ARE canon. I dont know how much reactions they do everyday but getting tired lol it happens, it def wasnt becuz of the 2 eps being weak, they were still legit and progressed a lot in the story imo. So if we're gonna have sam & raven watching this, might as well have the entire trio. I personally wouldn't want joe to separate from this if they unanimously decide to continue naruto. (which they should lol) Cheers for this week's eps!

Nothing wrong with Naruto being an older anime I get its not for everyone but im not paying to watch someone or multiple people sleep for a 45 min vid lol

Cyber Nerds need to fully rethink their reaction schedules when it comes to anime. Every reactor that starts an anime of some kind inevitably ends up with Naruto fans spamming "WATCH NARUTO" and then that reactor is now stuck with hundreds of episodes that will take them years to get through, with some of the worst pacing in any show ever. How some people here are comparing Naruto to Star Wars like the first 40 episodes of Naruto aren't the same amount of runtime as Episode 1 all the way to Episode 6? Its no surprise Joe has consistently low opinion of anime in general. He's being recommended some of the most dead ones. The Death Note reactions should've been wrapped up ages ago, but because of how popular Naruto is in comparison, its dominated their schedule and as a result its harmed their Death Note reactions since they're falling asleep in those ones as well, which sucks because Death Note offers far more quality per episode and has actual pacing to it. I loved watching Naruto as a kid, but it doesn't hold up anywhere near as well as some fans seem to think it does. And nostalgia from some fans are so strong they can't see how dead it is in so many areas. I don't blame Joe for sleeping through that Sasuke backstory because he's been trained to go through so much dead stories in between the key story moments while only caring for the good animation fights (the only part of Naruto that has aged well). And whenever Joe seems engaged in the story, particularly with the Chunin Exam, his hopes for how the story goes in the future makes me laugh because so many characters just end up getting sidelined for no reason. This Patreon could be infinitely more successful if fans of popular long-running anime like Naruto weren't listened to. The problem you run into with these fans is when you end up finishing Naruto 4 years down the line, you'll get those same fans begging you to watch One Piece, Bleach and Boruto, which is a commitment of 1600+ episodes, which is about a whole decade of anime you won't end up enjoying that much. Blind Wave got it right, they're smart with having Naruto fans money in their pockets with 1 episode each week, but they don't commit further than that because they know even if they don't enjoy the series they still got steady income just from those fans alone, and they rate Naruto at a "D". The longest fighting anime you guys should even be touching for now is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood or HxH (2011), both very high quality anime with actual up-to-date pacing, consistent animation, practically no filler to worry about and engaging storylines.
