Initially I did think Dany was crazy when she decided to walk into the fire with Drogo. Then I remembered the episode when she pulled the dragon egg out of the fire. Dany's handmaid burned her hands taking the egg, but Dany had no burns. I knew then that she was the true dragon, not her idiot brother. I was excited to see Dany and the dragons emerge from the fire. I knew this would give her the respect and power that she needed. Especially, being that she no longer had an army, or a true title.

Is was into this game from jump. However, this scene SEALED IT for me. When she stands up with the baby dragons I knew I would follow this show to the end. This was SO well done. Emilia Clarke is amazing in this scene. Also, the introduction of her triumphant music, while everyone bows down, still gives me goosebumps. 👑 My queen!

Side note: the directors said that not a lot of people notice but as Baby Drogon gets to her shoulder he triumphantly screeches just as he stands on his own two feet for the first time. Just knowing that small detail was planned makes this even better!

Sorry for so many comments, but I tend to comment as I watch - I think this show allowed Jorah to show his growth alongside Daenerys. He is “moist” (love that term) but he grows on the audience because even tho he was initially there for nefarious reasons, she wins him over and he becomes a beloved character. His allegiance to her peaks at the Harpey gladiator fight. He eventually proves that his bond to her is for the right resons. He has become one of my favorite side characters in the show ( just as Davos does in upcoming seasons.) I love how both Daenerys and Jon end up with a very loyal “right hand man.”

This is when I finally realize GOT wasnt just a story about an olden time chess game. Had Bo idea is was gonna go where it did, but looking back, this is when you realize that things like the Children, Night King, and the "walkers" shouldn't be that surprising. It was Old Testament. All the bedtime stories old nan told about what goes bump in the night were true
