I agree about Ash being dismissive of Kitkat, considering how she crawled away at the end of Chapter 3. However, we've never actually seen Violet fight; she only got Mizuki thrown at her while on the sidelines of the bar brawl. This is actually a pretty realistic depiction of how the fight would go if Kitkat was too cocky to even turn her body. She's actually a nice example of why Ash acting arrogant like she used to would get her in trouble eventually. Actually, now that I think about it this is the second time someone's tried to hit kikat in the middle of giving a speech.

The comic pages are usually released weekly. In the past pages did used to be released the same week they were created but this used to make things hectic for the creator. If something happened to where Sneak couldn't even work for a few days not only would the comic page not get done, but this caused the monthly commissions and everything else to get delayed. Also, sometimes the artist may want to take a vacation with family. If by "faking" you're referring to a work in progress (WIP) you may have seen on the Picarto streams, all that means is that Sneak has a 2 week head start on his work. if for whatever reason he can't work, he can still release content to patrons since the work is already done 2 weeks in advance. As far as why the pages are released the way they are (weekly) this is so there's a steady stream of content. The releases are also advertised on Twitter and Deviant Art, making a post every week helps the Patreon page get a bit more traffic. In the last year or so the number of patrons has increased by about 30% on average. To give an extreme example, lets say Sneak didn't post any content for a year, then released a 52 page comic. Sneak would have to heavily rely upon that one post getting the same amount of attention that 52 posts would. This would take away any reason for people to stay subscribed on a monthly basis and essentially cut the artist's paycheck in half since he''d only get money from commissions. Hope this clears up any confusion. I'm anxious to see a BOUND and gagged Kitkat as well 8D
