Welcome back, fellow Captors, to this, our second week of new-and-improved Gag Busts!  This week's winner was Saljaer, who promptly submitted his vote for Yuffie from Final Fantasy VII!  Gagged by her own headband, who says Ninjas aren't resourceful?
