Pony Lupi's Portrait (Patreon)

Hey everyone!^^

It's been about time I give my Ponysona some love again! She's still super important to me and part of who I am, regardless of how much my Fursona is involved. My unicorn will always be me as much as my Fursona is^^ 

I decided it was about time for me to draw her again in a cute little headshot similar to my other ones before and now I was able to pull it off on my days off! I sketched her and was super happy with the look, so I had to continue! However, again and again when I draw her, I notice how difficult it is for me to colour her XD Shading and Highlighting can become super hard to balance on the vivid green and dark Blues she has and since I often throw in some secondary colours to the shading, this can lead to some weird colour effects. After some experimenting, I figured a little bit of everything could work here since I couldn't decide whether to shift into the purple direction more or the yellow and bright green one. In the end, I'm satysfied with the result in this piece and truly feel like this piece could represent a picture of me^^

I made her cheeks look a bit chubby and made her mane a little more "realistic" looking compared to other, previous illustrations of her. In the end, I can happily say that this is me!
