My immediate headcannon is that she's the "little" sister of 2019's "Halloween Date" trying to pull off the same costume, but confused as to why she's not getting the same reaction from others when she wears it.

Thanks for your comment! Indeed, the face in this drawing was "copied" from a stock photo, this girl is probably a model. In fact, I often use reference photos to create realistic expressions.
