End of April Update (Patreon)

- For those who consumed the White Cloak Turned episode know we omitted a full section on Serwyn of the Mirror Shield due to time constraints. I turned those notes into a script, which we are recording TODAY. It will be a short episode, ~35 minutes. It will follow the normal advance release schedule, but we won't do the most of the verbal shout-outs because of the length, but they will be shown in the credit roll as usual. Ash thinks we will have it up by Tuesday at the latest.

- I'm hoping to finish House Blackwood part 2 next! Ideally we will release it on the Sunday after we finish ASOS for VRR, then start Feast the Sunday afterwards.

- Speaking of... if you're following Valar Rereadis, we are finishing ASOS in 3 weeks. (We have parts 16 and 17 left, then the wrap up episode).

- Some of you have asked how we're covering Feast and Dance. After consideration, we're going to stick with the normal order. We start each episode by reviewing the common themes present, and changing the chapter orders will throw off that analysis. Also, generally speaking, GRRM is pretty careful with his chapter ordering so I'd like to preserve his intent.

- A silver lining to stay-at-home is we have no breaks scheduled for Valar Rereadis during a Feast for Crows. I have the schedule ready and will post it separately. If it does happen to change, I will update it.

- We will be hosting am ASOIAF/GoT Quiplash game on Saturday, May 9th (link available later). This has been a hit in the past (it's like Mad Libs... fill in the blanks with humor) so lockdown is a great time for it. It will feature members of NotACast, Davos Fingers, Radio Westeros and Girls Gone Canon! Anyone can participate by voting on the answers from their phone. No app download is required, just a browser.

We live in the Atlanta, Georgia suburbs. For obvious reasons, we occasionally find it difficult to focus. Your support means so much. I am so grateful that I can lose myself in Westeros and actually feel responsible while doing so. That's because of you all.
