I agree with the theory that states that the Iron Throne will cease to exist as well as Dany and the dragons dying. I think instead of a united Westeros, they will return to the Seven different kingdoms with a ruling council where each kingdom has a different representative; Jon from the North, Sansa in the Riverlands, Tyrion in the Westerlands, Sam in the Reach, Gendry in the Stormlands, Yara/Theon in the Iron Islands, Brienne in the Vale. I also think that they'll probably hand wave Dorne away. I think Jamie ends up in the new Night's Watch and Bran will make a new cave for the Three Eyed Raven in the Isle of Faces/God's Eye. BTW, good luck to your Braves today as they play the Indians.
