The main thrust of this discussion is to pick out when each of the main characters are at their happiest during their book/show arcs. Preferably moments that were in both books/show.

Also we define what happiness means, and how it's in the eye of the beholder. What makes Ned happy is a lot different than what makes Joffrey happy, for example.
