Theory: I suspect the Sansa/Arya rift from ep 6 is misdirection on the showrunners' part. Given the heavy focus on stealing faces during the last Sansa/Arya interaction, it seems more likely to me that "The Pack Survives" speech is perhaps given to Littlefinger in private - when the sisters spring a trap on him to steal his face. After all of Littlefinger's playing of Cat & Lysa against each other, it makes sense that Sansa & Arya might turn the tables on him and end this season with a dramatic reversal in Winterfell while much of the episode's other action takes place down south. It also makes sense strategically in-universe as Arya's face-stealing could result in the Starks' retaining of the Knights of the Veil for the war to come and consolidating Sansa's rule in the North.

Speculation about the Mountain preparing to draw his sword based on the still photo doesn't seem likely. Could be wrong, but I believe most people draw a sword from across their body. In the photo, his (its) left hand is on left side. If he were to draw a sword, it would be right hand, I think. You can see what I mean in the same photo with Jaime. He is wearing the sword on his right side, since he now must use his left hand to access the sword. I could be wrong but thought I would throw that out.

History of Westeros

I didn't mean to indicate that he was preparing to draw it, just that he was putting his hand on it to be threatening, which we've seen before (such as when Euron got too close to Cersei).
