Yes you're right. From the color of the fur is similar to the color of the fur of a dog. So it could be a big weredog too.

Ears are too pointed to be a bear. Otherwise, it's hard to tell. He's still got a mostly human jawline.

yes, for werebears have rounder ears. Maybe it's because of its slightly bulky body, so it looks like a werebear during its werewolf tf. And yes, the muzzle is not fully formed, so the jawline is still human. ^^
