I'm starting to run out of these, whoops. Anyway here are more miscellaneous NPCs from my old Alderwood campaign-- you'll probably recognize Smorgus Dinkley. Mooooooost of the other ones are either relatively inconsequential to the comic, have had their designs altered, cut from the comic adaptation, or look generic enough that I'm not worried about  sharing them before they show up in the narrative.

Feel free to use these in your own campaign-- all I ask is to please refrain from redistributing them wholesale. You can send them to your DM and your friends if you want, but like, don't reupload them for public use or anything like that. I put captions on them to describe what they  were supposed to represent in our game, but feel free to use them in  whatever other roles you'd like in your own campaign.

Files

The OG Smorgus Dinkley. He was originally a bandit chief who wore a silly hat, and basically had nothing else in his story lol.
A somewhat goth-y tiefling girl
An uppity older elf woman
a gnome named Bobo who lives in a yurt out in the desert
A kobold who sells drugs
She was intended as a queen of sorts, but tbh there isn't really anything regal about her design
a very gentle kobold named Dave
A researcher with cool hair
Dwarf lady
This guy sold magic items and was very angry
idk what the deal was with this person. Maybe a fortune teller?
the shittiest gnome butler
just a dude with glasses, based loosely after a regular at the McDonalds I used to work at
A librarian of sorts
another librarian of sorts. Her name was Paige Turner and I may have to recycle her lol
Another shitty gnome
an old lady elf researcher
guy who works long hours in a mine
Percival the Elder
Percival the Younger
yet another shitty gnome.
kind of a half-elf flapper lady. I still like her design a lot.
Literally a courier NPC from Skyrim I used to deliver letters to the party like... once
Eyepatch mom
Guy who tries to appear friendly and amicable but really you can't trust him
