Yes, sadly Ray Stevenson died and was only 58. Which made him only 47 when this was filmed though he seemed older than that to me. The "jarring" scene for me is on the dock when Deb is telling Dexter her plan. MCH had just finished filming a movie "Peep Show", in which he played a jewish guy and they died his hair black. I guess the hair and makeup dept on Dexter did the best they could but his hair was so dark red. Not only that, they forgot his fake Miami spray tan and he looked so pale. Did you not go "uh oh" when Deb visited him in the bedroom? I was thinking, no no no, LOL!
