It was the "jump the shark" moment IMO for Deb to be in love with Dexter. As it aired, there was a small group of fans that "shipped" them if you can believe it. The worse part is that their divorce wasn't even final. Rumor was that the writers wrote a full on sex scene but JC refused. So cringy as it was.
