I really enjoyed this series. I am very happy that most of the key points checked out. I'll be doing a recap of the show vs the real story soon.

I thought that this was an interesting but unsettling show. Initially, I thought it would be a battle of wits between the 2 main characters, but Larry had no clue about Jimmy until the end. Also, I found the detail into which the show explored the sex crimes a bit too gratuitous even though it was done to motivate the protagonist (and by extension the viewer). What I did like is Jimmy's character development and Taron's performance. Thanks for reacting to it!

Now I feel like to total hypocrite for asking this, but have you heard of or seen the show Hannibal? It's based on the Silence of the Lambs book.

Yes, I have heard of it. I've thought about watching it, but I've put it off because shows on regular TV seem so sanitized compared to cable and streaming networks. I'll put it on the list. I could probably start on it with a Patreon only release for now. I just finished editing Severance for YT and have the first episode of The Boys ready to edit. Then I am going to start working on Halloween month. I'm going to react to The Outsider (One of the very few Stephen Kings books I haven't read), The Haunting of Hill House (Netflix) and Penny Dreadful which has 3 seasons I believe. I'm going to shoot for one scary movie each week.

I loved Penny Dreadful so I can't wait to see your reaction to it. Curious to see what you make of The Boys. I haven't heard of The Outsider, but I am a bit of a Stephen King fan too, so I'm sure I'll enjoy it. I didn't even realize that Hannibal was a network show, but sanitized is not a word I would use for that show 😃. Bring a strong stomach...

Okay, glad to hear it isn't sanitized. Thanks again for being my only Patron! I'm sure others will follow but you will always be my first.

About halfway through the series did anyone else feel that Gary was the killer, and Larry helped him clean up?
