Preschool Champion - 1-3 (Patreon)

Heh. I'm sure you guys weren't expecting things to go much smoother, were you?

Yeah, this was the heaviest of these little diddies up until this point and thankfully after this they start to tone down. Try not to have the headcount in Preschool Champion too high since the point of the comics is that they're supposed to be breezy.

The comic is supposed to kinda be spaced into three-strip clusters, this wraps up the first. After this they'll probably get unique names to each. Speaking of unique, while there were a few original-ish looking heads in there for variety most of the preschoolers Lance is dealing with here are based on NPC sprites from the game. Had so much fun doing all the little barbs of dialog between them and Lance, especially all the childish teasing.

Kinda annoyed how much of that first panel wound up covered since a decent amount of work went into the background from both me and Martin. We see "Books Are Best Friends" (A phrase I kinda love for just how dopey and sincere it sounds) and a girl named "Lucy" has a Togepi-themed backpack.
