Gloria kept going on her Pokemon journey, though she eventually ran afoul of Opal, who in the regression snap was restored to her former youth and beauty. After losing to Opal she wound up dumped into a fairy-themed nursery with Bede, who had likewise been regressed into a smug, bratty toddler.

I kinda really liked Bede and Opal's relationship in the game. Opal isn't EVIL, but she clearly loves to fuck with people and cause mischief. Bede is sort of on the fence in terms of morality but just like Opal he gets his kicks tormenting others, and so in the process of kinda-sorta adopting him she's turned him into a full-on target for her torment with the goal of beating out a more accurate moral compass.

Now that both have been regressed, that relationship is still sort of there. Now that Opal isn't an old woman she's not looking to retire, but she genuinely cares for Bede so she's committed to raising him while also running her gym like a calm, tempting seductress. Bede, meanwhile, has transformed into a smug, rude little brat who runs around town playing pranks. Opal probably plays tricks on people too, but doesn't like how openly bratty Bede is and is rather strict him him because she wants him to shape up. Like, I imagine Opal making sure he keeps his manners in order when talking to HER but doesn't mind him acting snotty to other people, or at least people that she thinks deserves it, if that makes sense.

It took forever for me to add dialog to this, purely because Gloria's dialog has to be the most Scottish thing ever.
