Inner Circle post for 0.4.0 (Patreon)

Hi all, I'm cracking on with 0.4.0 - putting the finishing touches to a new socialisation scene and then tomorrow I'm going to have another stab at getting the bar scene to work with sophisticated characters. I also looked into a potential UI improvement with text scrolling, but so far I haven't found an effective solution - perhaps I'm missing something there.

Despite the rather milestone-y nature of the version number, the release itself won't include a single big dramatic change - rather it'll cover a number of things that need to be done before this major release can be completed. As well as the ones I mentioned above, other tasks include looking into M/M content for the "spin bottle" scene and going over some notes I have for additions to the house party scene.
