Hi all! 

I've checked the results of the last vote, and it turns out it actually was a tie between Homes & Money and Work & Career. As the tie-breaker, I'm counting a comment left by a voter who missed the deadline by 1 day which means the final victor is Work and Career.

I won't be starting on this from the next update - that needs to be a sex scene - but I'll be cracking on with it in the release after that.

For those of you who didn't see the original voting post, here's what will be in the 0.6.x updates:

 
Work and Career: 

 - Add an alternative high-level branch to the sales career so the PC can become a sales manager or an elite saleswoman.
- A couple of new events for these high-level branches
- Some way of training the charm skill while in the sales career
- Some sort of consequence for low job performance, such as getting fired.
- A new career (office worker) with manager / PA as the high-level roles and a suitable number of events
-  Optional starting trait that blocks higher level promotions, for  players who want to be stuck in a low-level job throughout the game.

Holding out hope that one of the consequences of being called in to get fired is being offered a second chance if you sleep with the boss; some nice coercive, but still agreed-to, sex at the office as a result.

so.. Is there any other job besides sales and office? I hope the results of all her activities will lead to her new job. Cooking class, dance class, gym, etc. She should be a restaurant cook, a dance assistant instructor or a erotic dancer at a club, and a personal trainer at a gym. Even I hope she can be a club waitress. If she becomes the club's party girl. The club manager might be eyeing her and offering her a job. Some macho even ask his woman to finish her career. For them, women's roles are housework and parenting and getting fucked. So I think there should be a stay-at-home housewife in the job she can have. But most of all, I hope her porn star career expands. Not a one-time event like this. COVID-19 made the whole world a dangerous place. I hope you are healthy.

Hope you're healthy too :) This particular release will only add one extra career but further ones may still appear in future votes and some of the additions will make it easier to add new jobs - content around getting fired, for instance, will probably work across careers. I'll want to see how this update goes before making a decisive choice, but my original plan was for the final version to have three careers (saleswoman -> sales manager / elite salesperson; office worker -> office manager / PA; waitress -> chef / waitress team-leader).
