Mid-november update (Patreon)

Hi all,

I've been struck down with a chest infection so progress has been slow so far this month - my doctor's prescribed me some antibiotics and hopefully they'll clear things up soon and I'll be back on form for the end of the month.

I've been working on lactation content - focusing for now on adding new actions to the sex scenes. Let me know if there's any specific milky stuff you want to see in the next release.
