Hi all, my apologies for the long delay since my last post.

I was prescribed medication for anxiety but unfortunately it seems this is not for me because I found the effects to be very counterproductive. I know it can be very helpful for some people, but it turns out that it doesn't agree with me at all. Sadly this coincided with some challenges showing up in my non-newlife life and I found myself rather overwhelmed.

I've gone off it now and the next update should be out very soon - I think there's nothing beyond testing left.
