Didn't get much done in September (Patreon)

At least not in the real world. Basically, I spent a lot of September sick because of bad air. I'm feeling better now but I basically had a hard time focusing for more than about an hour or so. I ended up playing a lot of Crusader Kings 3. If you are unfamiliar with Crusader Kings, you play as a medieval ruler during the crusades. When your character dies, you play as their heir. You get a game over when you don't have someone with your last name to play as. You can play as folks from Europe, the northern half as Africa, and as far east as Burma. The tutorial has you play as a count in Ireland, mostly because uniting Ireland before vikings attack is a good way to go over the basics of conquering your neighbors and making kingdoms. So after I finished the tutorial, I kept playing and invaded England. I think started my own religion that had gender equality and witchcraft was legal. Because I was tried of my super awesome daughter's in the game not being help to be on my council. Anyway, the picture above was my heir for a little while. She had the following traits: Giant, Genius, Beautiful, and Amazonian. She was basically Wonder Woman in Medeval Ireland. Also, when you start up the game it always shows you, your spouse, and your heir. So the game greeted me with the lovely image of her towering over the character I was playing and her mom. 

While I'm having fun playing as my Irish witch kings and queens, I also had fun reading about other people's adventures. Which includes lovely things like eating the pope. Basically, when you make a religion you can pick 3 things that are important to your religion. One is ritualistic cannibalism. Other goofy stories is someone's character dying young in battle, leaving them paying as said character's 3 year old heir. Said 3 year old was immediately challenged to a duel. 

Anyway, I'm feeling better now that the air is cleaning up. So the second half of September and will spend most of October coloring Stars Hide Your Fire. For it to come out next year's October, I got to finish coloring it this month. You can currently read it on my Patreon every Monday but also you can watch Jose Piementa and I chat while I color it on my twitch channel. We stream every Wednesday at noon PST. Right now Jose and I's video chats only stay up for about a week. But would ya'll prefer if I saved them and posted them on youtube or something? We kinda talk about whatever. Let me know if it interests you. 

While trying to get back on track after being sick I've been watching a lot of videos by the Youtuber Curio. In particular I have been enjoying their videos about The Witcher.

Stuff I've posted this month includes the usual pages of City Between on my site and You are the Chosen One on my patreon. City Between's current storyline The Dead Deception is almost done. It will wrap up in the next couple of months. My next patreon goal is to increase the update schedule on one of these. So please give me some support if you can.
