The future of this page - suggested tier change (Patreon)

It has now been a year since I started my patreon page. I started it because of a suggestion from one particular reader and genuinely thought nobody would even subscribe, so I am genuinely moved by every one of my patrons.

However, one thing has bothered me since the start and that is my tier system. It seemed like the right thing to do. All the popular patreons have tiers and rewards and all of that, but to me it just feels like a way to exclude people and I hate doing that. I've always been about sharing what I do with everyone equally, especially on here where I get to give you a bit more than you would get from my basic story postings on Nifty.

So with that in mind, I have been considering a change, but as its you, my lovely patrons, who would be affected, I wanted to get opinions on it before deciding anything.

My proposal is the removal of tiers and the implementation of just a nice simple, flat rate for membership, which would allow access to all stories, bonus content, behind-the-scenes, unfinished stories etc. As my tiers are currently £3, £7 and £10, it seemed about right to suggest this new single tier would be just £5. This would mean a slight increase for some, but a reduction for most.

Patreon doesn't allow me to change your tiers, so if I went ahead, you would need to manually choose to switch to the new tier. Old tiers would remain in place until all subscribed members of that tier have left it.
