This is the activity schedule for the Year 7 students at Kingswood. It may seem an unnecessary detail, but it has proven invaluable to me. Aside from helping me to picture the activities the students do to let the characters develop in my mind, it's mostly just useful for know who is where and when.

It also makes planning scenes a lot easier. If I want to write something involving Rob and Nicky just hanging out, I can easily see when they both have nothing planned. I want a scene between Danny and Kyle while playing football, I can see exactly when they'll both be there as well as who else is around.

Most importantly, it's helps avoid 'Wolverine syndrome', where Wolverine managed to be on half a dozen teams at the same time. I don't care how popular a character is, there's only so many hours in the day!! :)

It also gives a bit of insight into the structure of the characters' time. They have school during the day from 8am to 3.45pm, then this schedule kicks in outside of that. I hope it helps you understand life at Kingswood.
