All it took was a flip of the switch to turn the two-meter hunk of metal and synthetic muscles into a docile drone. A failsafe used against disobedient combat androids now weaponized against Mastodon, who remained slacked-jawed and silent as he was brought to his knees without protest. The lights in his optics were still on, but there was an almost glassy and unwavering quality in their amber hue. A mind absent behind those optics, unable to process what happened and what was being done.
