First impressions of HU-4T was intimidating according to first time customers, describing a 6 foot 5 towering metal, polymer and fat(?). Despite his appearance, HU-4T was soft spoken and had a heart of gold and treats his customers and their food with care. 

His signature yam rice (taro rice) and the accompanying soup was well received and drew in a lot of customers to the relaunched Coffee Brothers' Café. Little was known about HU-4T, having come to the café to set up stall after the management posted a vacancy for a F&B hawker and everyone was told he was from another town.

HU-4T enjoyed working with Relay and Roddy and enjoyed their company while he worked in the café and occasionally packed his yam rice and soup for Rhono.
