initially when amanathine rushes into a body it kills, but the  modified amanathine-chaos structure in prototype 002, Ezrael gives her a  sort of extreme ability to fire all her muscles and neurons  simultaneously, making her a near unstoppable killing machine.

I  imagine the first time of hitting that roid rage would be terrifying to  her, as she'd wake up covered in someone elses blood and not know  exactly what happened.

As she builds a  tolerance over time, she gets much better control of the rage and can  use it against even the smartest or strongest opponents and win.

the  "rebirth" is an abstract thought here rather than physical rebirth--she  woke up, alive but unaware of what happened. the drugs gave her a *new  life* one that will change her entire future from here forward.
