ew, patreons upload system changed and it's fucking horrible now.

it's so horrible I cant even focus on what I was going to talk about '-'

ugh

WELL ANYWAY, I want to start a story about Ezrael, but I'm not sure how to go about it. People like comics, but comics take forever. surely there has to be some way for me to do storytelling that includes art and stories that are neither as minimal as a comic or as maximal as a novella.

ideas?

Maybe a mix of that. The whole "a picture is worth x amount of words". A drawn scene and then writing to expound upon it. Thus it wouldn't overwhelm you with just drawing or just writing. Ez is one of your more complex characters via story and development. Whatever you do, it'll probably be a big project to convey her emotions and story.

Patreon what are you DOING, the update and new logo is atrociousss Echoing Chibee here with an illustration to go along with a given amount of story. Something with the effect of reading a book and each couple of pages there’s an illustration for what’s going on?

HMMMM. if only there was a way to draw comic like panels and then also shove MANY WORDS onto I guess, blank space?? Around it? Under? Near? Idfk

It’s hard to wrap my head around tbh. I get the whole pic + story thing. We all know I've done it many times, but I feel like ONE pic isn't enough to go with the walls of text. So something close-ish to a comic but still allowing walls of text AND some panels. Arg.
