2,000px size and I will say this prematurely, I am sorry.

I'm sorry for the absolutely atrocious dog-shit tier watermarking all over these. I really am. but these are not adoptables. these are not FOR SALE. these are simply meant to be me wasting my time, for YOU, to show you guys what potential colors and patterns drakes can come in. the potential is nearly limitless of course, but it was my hope that this would be a good representation of how "Clown" or how "pied" will look on a drake. Obviously none of these, NONE, are meant to be an exact reference to what YOUR drake would look like. I like variety, a LOT. I believe firmly in originality and paving your own path, this is why I have worked 15 years [soon to be 16] on this project. so, to cover my own ass as best as possible, and also share what i absolutely love and adore and put my life into, this is the way it has to be done.

I do hope you guys like what I have posted so far, and would love to hear any pattern combination suggestions you may have. as you can see, not all of them are completed yet, however this sample sheet does contain 4 [yes wow 4] new genes for patterns. Sunset pied ( a brighter, less uniform version of pied), puzzle (small varient of mottling), mystic/mystic bleeder(a pattern imported from a creature in Emain known as chargers..dating back to 2011) and roan (as seen on the gorgeous, stunning appaloosa horse breed)

along with those 4 there are examples of tropical drakjes seen here (the green/teal furred ones) and examples of southern drakes (the 3rd and 6th on top row) and examples of northern (5th on top row, 4th mid row, 5th/6th bottom row) as well as some intermixed southern/tropic hybrids (top row #1, 2- mid row #2, 3, bottom row #4)

now I know some people will see these, see the green/grey fur and say "well why cant i be neon red/blue/yellow/green?" green fur is a result of environment. Because tropical drakes live on the oceans in the most southern islands of Emain, they are exposed to heavy quantaties of Amanathine (the radioactive isotope that is the core of the planet) amanathine is green/aqua in nature. Fish and sea life living in the rift in the southern waters are full of amanathine, and tropical drakes eat those fish, they gain the coloration over time. much like flamingos. the fur underneath all of that coloration is likely a tan or a white, with the underbelly being whatever other color. All colorations on these drakes will have some level of greenish hue to them though.

As for the brightly colored manes and tails on some, and the dipped tal on top row #3 and #6, yes, drakes can dye their fur. these are not natural colorations, again, this is comething that needs to be specifically stated. they are not born with colors like this, they will depending on societal rank, color their hair for either religious or tribal significance, or to impress other drakes. (drakes are rather superficial, they have a very set 'code' of appearance and each drakes tastes are unique, each drake has their own preference like birds of Earth. Some females may prefer males with a blue mane, so some males will attempt to look different and striking by painting their mane and tail (as will some females)

mane/tail painting is not extremely common, mostly seen in large city sectors or on large space stations. the average drake in the present time period would likely not have the resources or desire to waste time over a triviality of dying their fur, as they are most likely on the run, attempting to survive.

sorry again in advanced, this preview is only for 10$ and up tiers, I don't feel comfortable being full public with these as of yet.
