The glow effect is a little messed up here, when exporting gifs directly out of Animate CC the program ignores the animations within a symbol; the pink spinning drill is split into 2 different drills (symbols) on 2 different layers - one is just a 4 frame animation of a drill spinning, the symbol on top is the drill again, but it grows PINKER and applies an overlay effect!

It's kinda weird to explain (I don't know a lot of animations' technical terms since I'm self taught), so I attached a gif of my workspace so you can see what I mean!
