IF YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED SHIPPING PER ITEM (instead of per Order) ON TEESPRING:

We reached out to Teespring and they said “Please have all affected buyers report this to fanhelp@spri.ng with their Order numbers and screenshots (if possible). The Fan Help team has been alerted and will be able to assist with any partial refunds while our representative works with Engineering to triage this issue

Is there any update on this? I just got a response from a Teespring support rep saying that they can't consolidate my four orders into a single order since they were made from separate listings. Is my support rep out of the loop, or is there something I'm misunderstanding here?
