If you want to be credited as a specific name... (Patreon)

Hey everyone! When we export the list of Patrons, Patreon gives us the username that is associated with your account. If you want to be credited as something different, you'll need to change your username on Patreon before the deadline (May 2nd 2024, 3PM PST).
