Official price/schedule update (Patreon)

with the voting done I feel that I've been givin enough permission with the teir changes I want to make,  however on that note it wont happen UNTIL I can do weekly updates with comic pages so it wouldnot be happening until NEXT NEXT month (Novemeber). 

I am still debating in my head on weather or not I SHOULD make this change so again I will inform you of that when I make a solid choice :)
