A bell rang through the store as Olivia opened the door, which was a surprisingly normal thing to happen in a store that promised all sorts of supernatural things. But that was about the only thing that was natural in the building, as Olivia really didn’t even know where to look the moment she entered.

From magical artifacts, to spellbooks, to potions to even magical creatures that one could buy and take home with them, this store seemed to hold everything the heart of a young magical apprentice could ever want. And Olivia was one of those people, especially since this was her chance to learn magic.

“Hello and welcome. How can I help you?” A black cat girl spoke from further back in the shop, slowly making her way toward Olivia. “Oh? You look quite new here. Did you come to Iora today?”

“Yes I have. And I have come to learn more about magic and stuff. This is so exciting for me.” Olivia shook with excitement, making the catgirl nod in understanding, then briefly sniffing the air around Olivia before nodding again.

“I see… Then you are probably most interested in our library. That's where we store all of our magic tomes that are not out on display. From beginner magic to the most advanced Poldur slaying arts, there is a tome for everything back there.” The cat girl said and gestured behind her. “Follow me.”

Following the black cat girl into the back, the moment she stepped through the door she suddenly was in a room that looked almost one hundred times bigger than the store itself, filled to the brim with bookcases, to which the cat only said. “Read as much as your heart desires. Just give me a call when your done~”

Olivia nearly didn’t know where to start, there were just so many books everywhere she looked. Though she quickly found the alley that was labeled ‘Beginner magic’, which seemed to her as the best starting point of all of them.

So she went and took a book at random from the alley, determined to start learning the basics of magic. For some reason the book's title seemed a bit familiar to her, but that wasn’t enough to deter Olivia from learning magic. Though when she opened up the book, she quickly noticed that she already knew everything the book was trying to teach.

Being kind of disappointed, she went on to the book right beside it and also took a look inside, only to find exactly the same. She knew those books for some reason, which was just overall strange to her. Yet she was determined to learn magic and perfect what she already knew, so she continued through the alleys, trying to make out the title of each book to get a feeling if she had read them already or not.

Going through the alleys, opening and closing some books, she continued on her trip for quite a while, her determination not wavering one bit for even a second. Though in her hyper focus on finding a book she hadn’t read yet, she completely failed to notice that her clothes started to change.

In that short time she strolled through the library, her pants had completely shifted into a short skirt while her shirt had turned into a loose black jacket sporting the symbols of Divine Magi, the highest order of magicians working under Nagisa.

Olivia knew of course that she was one of the best, if not the best at casting regular spells, her inventory of mastered magic going even so far as to exceed two thousand different ones, though she never stopped trying to learn. Even if most of the information, be it magical or not, was something she already knew. As a Witch it was frustrating sometimes, but at the same time, her vast knowledge had saved many lives on more than multiple occasions already.

Summoning her broom ‘Thunder Force’ to her side, Olivia flew over the shelves and towards the exit of the library, where she was immediately greeted again by Blake, her catgirl apprentice. “Did you find any book you fancy? We should have gotten a few more in the delivery yesterday.”

“Sadly not.” Olivia replied, a bit disappointed. “Oh well, maybe next time. Are there any open requests?”

“Indeed there are. The Holy Army is planning for an alpha strike on the Poldur again, so they are requesting a large quantity of potions until the end of the week.” Blake spoke, looking at Olivia with embarrassed eyes. “...and we could really use any help we could get.”

“No problem.” Answered Olivia, taking a brief stretch before moving her hands to her hips. “They don’t call me best for nothing. I’ll complete this order in no time, just you wait~”
