"For the last time Ryan, I am absolutely sure about this!" Daniel declared, stubbornly stomping into the laboratory, filled to the brim with all sorts of letters, notes and of course, experimental liquids. Ryan just barely managed to keep up, panting a bit as he entered the room as well, before Daniel pressed a notepad into his hand and added. "This experiment might change the future in a major way! And today is the first of those steps of many! You just make sure to make notes of everything that is about to happen now, and I'll do the rest."

“But… but what if it doesn't work? We have no proof that the experiment even works. And even if it does , what if you turn out like one of those beastkin girls or something?!” Ryan asked, almost desperately. “Isn't there a way to get a volunteer to try it first, before you do it?"

"Listen up, my friend." Daniel sighed and shook his head. "For years... no decades... even millenia Humanity has searched for the possibility of changing one sex and this project is the closest we will ever get to it. Sure, surgery might be able to turn people into some monster girls these days, but that change is only superficial. We will change people from the inside out!"

"...You haven't answered my question. Why do you want to drink it?" Ryan retorted, looking more stupefied by the second.

"Because no one else would ever be stupid enough to drink an experimtal drug. And also we don't have the money to pay them for their troubles." Daniel laughed and grabbed the bottle with the pink liquid to his right. "Alright, down the hatch! And don't forget to document exactly what's happening!"

“Wait!” Ryan yelled, but it was too late. He could only watch as Daniel gulped down half of it in one go, before finally stopping to take a breath. Ryan sighed, but then looked at Daniel with a pained smile. "I guess we are really doing this, huh?"

"Haa~ Of course we are!" Daniel said with a big smile on his face, though his body was clearly shaking. The first thing that caught Ryan's eyes was Daniel's hair, which seemed to slowly shift colors from their roots, becoming a very shiny blonde instead of his usual black. The rest of his body also seemed a lot... less bulky. Honestly Daniel was kinda a beast in terms of stature, but now he just seemed a lot more... normal? Which made Ryan worried.

"Uhm, Daniel? It has started and you should probably..."

"Don't pull my leg! I am a scientist, I know that this drug will take a good while before anything will start to happen. But maybe I should finish the drink, just in case." He answered, not only interrupting Ryan's warning but also drinking the rest of the bottle in one go and laughing. "This stuff is kinda addicting, not gonna lie! Hahaha!"

The blonde streaks in Daniel's hair began to fill more and more of his head, even seemingly growing his hair out to some degree. After all, Ryan could have sworn that Daniel did not have hair that reached his shoulders a moment ago, but now he clearly had. Ryan could also tell that two small bulges were growing on Daniel's chest, while the one down below seemed to shrink ever so slightly, which made Ryan worried a good touch more, though he knew that he wasn’t going to be able to do much more for his friend at this point.

“Hmm~ I don’t think this was enough.” Daniel suddenly declared, taking out a second bottle from the table next to him, seemingly not even realizing how his voice cracked midway through the sentence. Despite having watched Daniels addams apple disappear into nothingness live, Ryan figured it was pointless trying to tell him, so he just wrote a few notes down on his memo pad instead.

“This oughta do!” The rapidly feminizing Scientist yelled, and immediately started to chuck down the next bottle of pink liquid. This time, the effect was almost instantaneous, because even while Daniel was still drinking the potion one could tell that the proportions of his body were drastically altering into a certain direction.

With low pitched cracks, his shoulders started to narrow while his hands and arms also seemed to shrink. It wasn't long at all until his limbs looked very dainty and weak, compared to the muscular frame Daniel was normally known for.

Then came his waist, which just seemed to get squeezed together by an invisible force to move all the mass and muscles his upper body previously held, to his ass, hips and chest, though if it still was muscles was a bit up for debate. His hips easily widened to about double the width of what they were before while his ass inflated like two helium balloons, which was quite the delight to watch for Ryan to be honest. Yet, he was given the task of keeping notes, so that's what he was going to do.

“Ah~ That hit the spot~” Daniel let out, now sounding not even the slightest bit manly anymore. Ryan would even go so far as to say that he now had a real “Ara ara”-Onee sama voice… which really made him wonder if Daniel even was a man at this point. Or when he would realize what was happening to him.

“Do you think you have drunk enough?” Ryan asked, looking up at his presumably female friend and scientist who had just reached for another bottle on the table, so Ryan added sarcastically “Or are your boobs not big enough for your taste yet?”

“What are you saying? The potion couldn’t have started to work this fast… EEPP~!!!” The moment Daniel looked down on her body she let out the most feminine yelp, clearly being surprised by what she saw, but not paying attention to the fact that she had just thrown the potion into the air and it was heading straight back down…

As the liquid washed over Daniels face, it took with it any and all trace of manliness still left, causing her cheeks to get soft and rozy, her eyes to grow bigger, her nose to get just a bit smaller and everything just get overall a lot rounder and cuter, making his Friend unrecognizable if one hasn't seen this moment right here.

But that only lasted for a second, because next the full brunt force of the liquid waterfall onto her already respectable chest, which, of course, instantly made it grow bigger and bigger.

The liquid that was still running down her neck, the droplets falling from her luscious blond hair, even her drenched hair as a whole helped to get more of the transformative potion onto her chest. Which in turn, caused it to grow even more. Her puppies quickly reached the size of her head, but that wasn’t enough. When they reached the size of pumpkins, they didn’t even slow down. Only when her breasts started to look like someone had glued two beach balls onto her torso did they finally stop their growth spurt.

And while her chest clearly absorbed more than half of the final potions power, anything that went past her puppies ran towards her hips and ass, which were also not at all spared from the expansion process. Ryan was not at all overselling it, when he wrote that each of her ass cheeks had become bigger than her head twice over in the span of a minute.

Also, because before her lab coat, pants and underwear were completely destroyed by the expansion of certain body parts, Ryan could tell that they all were soaked in the liquid through and through as well. And since Daniel's underwear was soaked, he was now certain that Daniel was no longer a man. Although he also added that that step might have happened a lot earlier than when his clothes ripped apart.

“W-W-What?!? What is happening?!? Eeep!” Daniel yelped once again, desperately trying to cover her almost body in any way with her hands by trying to hold together what little structural integrity still remained of her clothes. Though with the boulders of breasts that she was swinging around, that looked like it could make her life a bit harder in that regard.

“So. Do you want to take another one or are we done with this experiment?” Ryan sarcastically asked, making Daniel look at him in disbelieve, before her face became bright red. “Bring me some clothes, you idiot!” And she threw a part of her ripped jeans after Ryan, who just dashed out of the room laughing with a silent. “You should have listened to me~”.
