I know, most user don't need them at all. XD
Now VNGE comes with too many toolbar buttons... and most user don't need them. For someone just want to enjoy other's scene, please refer to this guide and cleanup toolbar buttons by yourself. * if no so many buttons or cannot found toolbar options in ini, wait for VNGE update or patch.
