MMDD test patch for new Heelz plugin (Patreon)

Not a new version, just a patch for MMDD v2.4.

For the new Betterrepack R10 ships the new version of Heelz plugin, MMDD v2.4 cannot work with it and will failed when loading vmd.

This is a test patch for this issue, download the attachment, put the dll file into Bepinex/plugins folder and overwrite the old one.

This dll should work normally with old heelz 1.14.3 and new heelz 1.15.3/1.15.4.

If you want to test, you can get new heelz plugin from R10 package or from https://www.patreon.com/posts/unofficial-heelz-65861499. Note, the heelz version mismatch warning still appear when MMDD starts, ignore it please.
