VNGE patch for 36.6 (Patreon)

Here is the update for VNGE 36.6.

- VNAnime clip v2 support "Copy to" operation, can copy keyframes from one object to another object of the same kind.

- Clip v2 support keyboard shortcuts.

- Copy, import and dump function works for Clip v2.

- Add some oci camera support function. (mainly for new MMDD)

- Some bug fix

This patch is for VNGE36.6, and all above change may be include in newer VNGE. So, just for someone want to try it earlier.

To use it, copy all these files into bepinex/plugins/console/lib and overwrite old files.
