New RDP, New MAS Rigs (Patreon)

Alright, everybody! On the 18th is when we plan to officially air the new episode of Rainbow Dash Presents! It's been the priority for a while now and we've had the whole team on it, so we're hoping it winds up really great because it's the biggest project this channel has ever completed! We'll be doing a stream celebrating the event, at the end of which we'll make the episode live.

In other news, the animation for the next two MAS episodes is complete. MAS -18 is going to be a bit static, taking place in a single scene and will be character interactions. MAS -19 jumps between six separate scenes with a reasonable amount of animation . MAS -20 will be the final episode set in Season 1 of MLP! MAS -18 should be online at the heels of RDP.

After MAS -20, I'll be switching over to new rigs. You can see a moving side view in the attached gif. Those front legs have a very noodly, human kind of walk and I may go back and re-examine that, but I'm making the heads and eyes a little bigger and their hair is going to be more poofy and 3D. The first rigs appeared back when I was first learning to draw ponies, and I think the new rigs will be cuter, which will make them that much more fun to look at while they call each other horrible slurs.
