So I have to make a confession. I have practically no idea how the vampire politics in "The Masquerade" are supposed to work. When one of our players volunteered to GM this, I thought they were way into the whole social framework of the game. Otherwise, why even play Vampire? It's very rules light but chocked full of information about the factions and what they think of each other. But we didn't meet a single other vampire in the context of their clan or who they were.

I'm kinda just making everything up, and I wasn't even in the "vampire" mental space during the game. It was more like playing "Invisible Man". I never drank blood! And I'm hitting some blocks in my writing process because I never formulated what I even want from the vamprie angle. I'll try not to belabor over it so much and get the next episode here on Patreon early, and then resume the proper schedule, but please forgive if this does not sound like "Vampire". I'm not sure how many of you are big fans of the system, but my ignorance towards it is really something I just can't completely hide.

It's too bad they didn't make the pizzeria explode. My apartment is between a pizzeria and a bakery. If someone made the pizzeria explode, the fire(fighers) would wake up the whole neighborhood and we would spend the rest of the night in the street, near the river, watching the smoke and shiny trucks. Now we'll get no follow-up on this detour.

I'm not a fan of the system, I'm a fan of Lawry. And as long as the story is good and makes sense for the most part I'm not gonna fuss over minutia.
