So I've been talking about how the way to get big on Youtube is to play the system, but it hasn't been something I wanted to do. But then I started thinking about what it really is - how the whole thing is like a big informercial meant to keep you hooked long enough to show you some ads, and I think I can be honest about that and make it into a fun game and experiment at the same time.

Viewers are earnestly only worth a fraction of a cent, but I'm curious to see what happens if I start lining up video content with whatever seems to be getting advertised to people most often. I'm actually going to call it now and say that people paying for advertising are likely not getting a good deal and reflected them won't get more viewership, but we'll do a few episodes and find out.

My main concern is somehow I've got to figure out how to potentially afford a new game every week. I may play some pretty cheap stuff if I don't have a good enough match in my possession already. But for the record, I legit think "Hades" is really good!

Slick Sam Sells You: Hades

Slick Sam sells you to advertisers, and also sells "Hades". If we're nothing else, we're honest.

That's an interesting new thing to try out. It's my first time going all the way to the 2nd ad just to see what it is, but I don't think I'll keep doing that forever. I am however curious where the ads are going to take us. I bet Honkai Impact and Garden Scapes are going to be among your lets plays.

Well, I don't watch these immediately, so I guess I can't help with ad info. But good luck with that. But good to see where Slick Sam's been hiding. Skylines hasn't been the same without him.
