I think it's from the "Immersive Armors" mod and it's called a "Bosmer Helm". It's in the same protective category as glass armor, but it better matches Kaybe's scale armor. Or, that is, it has the same armor value, but I think it counts as elven as far as what it's made of and what smithing perks work on it.
