Man, we rolled past Wednesday and I thought I'd already updated Kit, right until I thought to check the date of the last update. Claudia's maternity leave ended recently, so it's just been me looking after the baby, and let me tell you: it's a whole lot of nothing work, and I mean a lot of it. Babies don't do anything on a schedule, and it has really thrown me for a loop sometimes just trying to calculate if it's too early for a feeding or not. Is time even a thing? Did my wife seriously go to work at 5 AM because she was up anyway?

As for this comic! One thing I really love about it is how stylish this shadow monster looks in the second panel, and the splotchy background of the third panel is a nice touch too. I think it's a good sign of comfort when scenes start to look dynamic and stylish like this.
