When SMG is reading Call of the Wild at the beginning and end of the episode I get chills every time. I've watched it more times than I 'd care to admit. If she did audio books I'd buy in a minute. When Buffy is in Mr. Platt's office you could see the desperation in Buffy's face. Probably the scariest moment of the show.

Late comment here, but when you were talking about Willow's calm when dealing with the corpse, I immediately flashed back to your favorite call-back episode (and mine!): S01E03 Witch! Remember the scene in the science lab, when Xander is too squeamish to get the "eye of newt" from the dead frog, and so Willow just reaches over, calmly removes the eyeball for him, drops it in the potion, and then continues on with what she was doing? I guess she's always been pretty cool and efficient when it comes to scientific interactions with dead things.
